Durnan Property Maintenance is a small locally owned and locally staffed property maintenance company, operating in the Bobcaygeon area of the Kawartha Lakes. All our staff are from the immediate area and most have been with Durnan for a number of years.
All our equipment is well maintained and is of commercial grade, ensuring that any "down time" is kept to a minimum.
For summer operation we have two machines that are specifically for lawn cutting, four machines that also cut grass and have the ability to tackle different tasks with the use of different attachments. As well as a large machine with a grass cutting deck suitable for cutting large areas such as parkland which is equiped with a front end loader.
Winter services are performed by two trucks equiped with snow plows, one with a sander, as well as two tractors with cabs powering 4 foot snow blowers. For heavy snowfalls we have a large tractor with a 5 foot snow blower and front end loader.
For Pest Control operations we have two licensed operators.
In order to keep current with todays ever changing Pest Control situation we attend seminars and trade symposiums in the winter season.
